7. How long do we keep your personal data

We may disclose your personal information to other members of Investereum and to third parties.

We only share data with third party organizations that we engage to process information on our behalf (data processors) based on our instructions and in compliance with the applicable legislation and this privacy policy. In disclosing personal information, we will attempt to minimize the amount of personal information we disclose to what is directly relevant and necessary to accomplish the specified purpose.

Investereum shall notify impacted customers without undue delay after having become aware of such personal data breach thereby specifying the nature and context of the breach in accordance with the GDPR

12. Applicable law and competent jurisdictions

This privacy policy is governed, interpreted and executed in accordance with the Belgian law. The courts having jurisdiction are the courts of the judicial territory of Antwerp.

By making use of the services of Investereum, you accept all provisions of this privacy policy and you agree that Investereum collects and processes your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy.
